Is your current home unsafe and in need of repairs? Do you need financial hep to make these repairs? If so, you may qualify for assistance under our Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program.
Up to $10,000 is available in a low interest loan payable over 120 months. These funds can be utilized to make repairs to items in your home related to life/safety and livability components.
Typical repairs and replacements eligible for loan proceeds include:
- Furnace/HVAC
- Doors/Windows
- Siding
- Plumbing
- Foundation repair
- Water heater
- Roof
- Electrical
- Insulation
- Radon mitigation.
