City utility maintenance staff will begin annual jetting maintenance of the sanitary sewer main lines in the northwest portion of the community beginning the week of July 27th.
Annually, this maintenance activity occurs in a quarter of all underground sanitary sewer mains throughout the community. Utilizing high pressure water, the sanitary sewer mainlines are cleaned from manhole to manhole, removing obstructions and debris, and inspected for any potential problems.
This work requires a large truck which may make some noise. We ask that drivers in the area slow down and give staff room to work when encountering staff working within the roadway. For questions on the sanitary sewer maintenance, please contact Doug Kammerer, Utilities Superintendent at 952-955-2681 or email@example.com.
